The Four Palaces Courtiers comprise a total of twelve esteemed positions. Within this rank, the first to fourth positions are occupied by the Imperial Commissioner Courtiers, who closely assist the Mother Goddesses and serve as their representatives for both internal and external matters.

Typically, shrines worship the statues of the four Imperial Commissioners, recognizing them as symbolic representatives of the entire Courtiers rank.
