The Second Prince of Mountain is among the Ten Princes in the Four Palaces belief of the Mother Goddess religion. He is also referred to as the Second Prince of Bảo Hà because His primary shrine is the Bảo Hà shrine in Lào Cai province.
In Bảo Hà, He reigns over the verdant domain,

Tribe folks bow, His rule to sustain.
The Second Prince, His noble title,
Journeys through estuaries, His fame to attain.”
