The Sixth Mistress of Mountain Villages is one of the 12 Holy Mistresses within the realm of Four Palaces. While most devotees believe She accompanies the Sixth Courtier of Six Residences, it is worth noting that court literature hymns indicate Her affiliation with the Fourth Mother Goddess of Mountain Palace.

According to legend, the Sixth Mistress of Mountain Villages was born into a family of the Nùng minority residing in Hữu Lũng, Lạng Sơn province. She blossomed into a graceful and dignified young woman, renowned for Her exceptional talent in healing the afflicted. Often venturing into the depths of forests, She skillfully collected rare medicinal herbs, employing their potent properties to alleviate the suffering of those in need.

Since Her divine ascension, countless devotees from both near and far have flocked to Her shrine, seeking solace and invoking Her mystical healing powers. Being a virtuous goddess, the Mistress vigilantly ensures that those who disrespect Her sacred land or engage in malevolence and deceit are duly reprimanded.

The Sixth Mistress is one of the deities usually granting permission for thanh đồng (shaman) to serve their holy reflections during Hầu Bóng ceremonies. To pay homage to Her revered manifestation, the thanh đồng don traditional minor ethnic attire, dressing in shirts of blue, indigo, or purple, accompanied by a turban adorned with flowers.
