The core characters are 四府萬靈 (Innumerable Spirits of Four Palaces). The outer content is 上天一品皇太子王官 (The First Imperial Crown Prince, Royal Mandarin). At the four corners are the symbol swastika, an auspicious ancient symbol in Buddhism, and many Asian religions and beliefs.
The design is engraved in the sigillary script style on a Shoushan stone block bearing a lion carved on top.
